The mission of Workhouse is to support the growth of early- and mid- stage start ups throughout the Tampa Bay community by providing a landing pad for these companies as they outgrow their homes, garages, and incubators. Our facility is strategically located near the UT School of Entrepreneurship, across the Hillsborough River from Downtown Tampa, and in between two of Tampa's premier start-up incubators. As young companies grow many are faced with tough decisions, high overhead, long term leases, and inflexible space options. We look to provide a solution for these companies by keeping rates low, lease terms flexible, providing a fun and familiar environment and the flexibility to shrink and grow.
